i made a search about mental focus and found a concentration test to measure on how long can you stay your mind at focus. and the results was quite bad..harhar
The Concentration Power Test ScoreRestless Mind and Scattered Attention
Your test score revealed that it's easy for you to concentrate on something you like very much like a good book or a movie or a concert. Concentration comes naturally when you are absorbed in something you enjoy. That kind of involuntary focus requires no effort or will, and everybody has it to some degree in the area of their interest.
But this is an involuntary state and when the object of your focus stops being interesting, your concentration dissolves. Your concentration may become deep in areas of interest, but you have little or no voluntary control over your attention and mind and have difficulty keeping your mind on tasks that need to be completed. You may give effortless, automatic attention to activities and things you enjoy but focusing deliberate, conscious attention to organizing and completing a task or learning something new is difficult for you. Your concentration is limited to novel things and what you are inherently interested in and enjoy.
This means you also have little impulse control and are easily distracted by irrelevant sights and sounds. You are physically and cognitively restless and may have a tendency toward addictive behavior. You also have a tendency to tune out or drift away when you need to be concentrating. You may suffer from excessive mental noise and incessant internal dialog, in other words, your mind never stops. Your mind is at the mercy of external and internal influences for which you have little control over. You need to take control now to calm your restless mind and collect your scattered thoughts in one place!
